We are so excited that you are going to be present to help celebrate our big day! We have chosen Brasada Ranch for the full weekends events and most importantly to say our I dos.

We would love for all our guests to stay onsite with us as we celebrate all weekend long, and have blocked a large amount of reservations to accommodate as many of you as possible. Our recommendation is to book a cabins with a group of friends or family, but should you want more privacy there are many accommodation options for you to choose from.

One of our favorite things about Brasada Ranch is that it is able to comfortably accommodate most if not all of you onsite so we can spend as much time together as possible.

Located just outside of Bend, Oregon, and cascading up the Powell Buttes, the recently renovated Sage Canyon Cabins at Brasada Ranch offer comfy and chic stays in a number of arrangements. The Cabins blend rustic elegance with casual sophistication and may be reserved as two, three, and four-bedrooms, ranging from 1,265 to 2,664 square feet.

Bringing your dog?

Unfortunately Louie will not be there, but if you need to bring your doggo select cabins allow them to join, please inquire when booking. We will not be able to have doggos on the dance floor or at any of the events unfortunately so please plan accordingly.

Additional Room Types at Brasada

If a cabin is too big, Brasada Ranch offers guestrooms and suites in The Ranch House and Cabin King Guestrooms within the cabins. They have something for everyone!

The Ranch House is an intimate escape featuring a seamless flow from indoors to outdoors with stunning views of the Cascade Mountains. Just outside, facing west and the inspiring sunsets, is the fire pit and spa for our Ranch House guests.

The Ranch House suites feature luxurious king beds, soaking tubs, private balconies, vaulted ceilings, and a private outdoor fire pit and hot tub exclusively for our Ranch House guests. There are only 8 rooms within the Ranch House, and these will go fast.

Cabin King Guestrooms are made up of Two, Three, and Four-Bedroom Cabins. Each guest has their own private exterior entrance, private bedroom & bathroom. Guests have an option to open the interior door to share living and dining area or maintain privacy with separate rooms.

Brasada Ranch understands that individuals will make their own reservations for this event. The lodging, tax and incidental charges incurred will be the responsibility of each individual. Payment will be due upon departure; a deposit equal to one night’s stay is due at time of reservation.
